Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method and means for the photodynamic inactivation of microorganisms in a cooling lubricant using of a photosensitizer having an absorption maximum in a range of more than 700 nm, increased by an anionic surfactant. Increasing the absorption maximum of the photo-sensitizer in the long-wave range to above 700nm allows the radiation exciting the photosensitizer to penetrate deeper into the cooling lubricant and thus also the photodynamic inactivation of microorganisms in said lower-lying ranges of the cooling lubricant.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et des moyens pour l'inactivation photodynamique de micro-organismes dans un lubrifiant réfrigérant au moyen d'un photosensibilisateur présentant un maximum d'absorption décalé dans une plage supérieure à 700 nm par un tensioactif anionique. Le décalage du maximum d'absorption du photosensibilisateur dans la plage de grandes longueurs d'onde supérieures à 700 nm permet une pénétration plus profonde du rayonnement excitant le photosensibilisateur dans le lubrifiant réfrigérant et ainsi l'inactivation photodynamique de micro-organismes dans ces zones plus profondes du lubrifiant réfrigérant.
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren und Mittel zur photodynamischen Inaktivierung von Mikroorganismen in einem Kühlschmiermittel unter Verwendung eines Photosensibilisators mit einem durch ein anionisches Tensid verschobenem Absorptionsmaximum in einen Bereich oberhalb von 700nm. Die Verschiebung des Absorptionsmaximums des Photosensibilisators in den langwelligen Bereich oberhalb von 700nm ermöglicht eine tiefergehende Penetration der den Photosensibilisator anregenden Strahlung in das Kühlschmiermittel und damit auch die photodynamische Inaktivierung von Mikroorganismen in diesen tieferliegenden Bereichen des Kühlschmiermittels.
