Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a temperature control station (1) for partially thermally treating a metal component (2), comprising a machining plane (3) which is arranged in the temperature control station (1) and on which the component (2) can be arranged, at least one nozzle (4) which is oriented towards the machining plane (3) and is provided and designed to discharge a fluid flow (5) for cooling at least one first sub-region (6) of the component (2), and at least one nozzle box (7) which is arranged above the machining plane (3). The at least one nozzle box (7) forms at least one nozzle region (8) in which the at least one nozzle (4) can be at least partly arranged and/or which at least partly delimits an expansion of the fluid flow (5). The at least one nozzle box (7) is at least partly made of a ceramic material. The aim of the invention is to provide a temperature control station and a device for thermally treating a metal component which at least partly solve the problems described with respect to the prior art. In particular, the temperature control station and the device allow a sufficiently reliable thermal confinement of thermal treatment measures partially acting on the component and/or a sufficiently reliable thermal separation of different thermal treatment measures partially acting on the component.
(FR) L'invention concerne un poste de thermorégulation (1) pour le traitement thermique partiel d'une pièce métallique (2), présentant un plan de traitement (3), disposé dans le poste de thermorégulation (1) dans lequel la pièce (2) peut être disposée, au moins une buse (4), qui est orientée vers le plan de traitement (3) et destinée à et conçue pour émettre un flux de fluide (5) en vue du refroidissement d'au moins une première zone partielle (6) de la pièce (2), et au moins une caisse (7) à buses, qui est disposée au-dessus du plan de traitement (3), ladite au moins une caisse (7) à buses formant au moins une zone (8) à buses, dans laquelle ladite au moins une buse (4) peut être disposée au moins partiellement et/ou qui limite au moins partiellement un élargissement du flux de fluide (5), ladite au moins une caisse (7) à buses étant réalisée au moins partiellement à l'aide d'un matériau céramique. L'invention concerne un poste de thermorégulation et un dispositif pour le traitement thermique d'une pièce métallique, qui résolvent au moins partiellement les problèmes décrits par rapport à l'état de la technique. En particulier, le poste de thermorégulation et le dispositif permettent une délimitation thermique suffisamment fiable de mesures de traitement thermique agissant partiellement sur la pièce et/ou une séparation thermique suffisamment fiable de mesures de traitement thermique différentes, agissant partiellement sur la pièce.

Es werden hier eine Temperierstation und eine Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehand- lung eines metallischen Bauteilsangegeben, die diemit Bezug auf den Stand der Technik geschilderten Probleme zumindest teilweise zu lösen. Insbesondere er- lauben die Temperierstation und die Vorrichtung eine ausreichend zuverlässige thermische Abgrenzung von partiell auf das Bauteil einwirkenden Wärmebehand- lungsmaßnahmen und/oder eine ausreichend zuverlässige thermische Trennung von partiell auf das Bauteil einwirkenden, unterschiedlichen Wärmebehand- lungsmaßnahmen.
