Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a radio-location system for determining the location of a transportation vehicle (101, 201) for containers (105, 106) within a working area, having a radio-location system (107) comprising a plurality of active, terrestrially arranged location markers (107c) which transmit position data, antennas (107a, 107b) which receive the position data, receivers (107d) which process the received position data and having at least one transportation vehicle which is embodied as a gantry forklift truck (101) with at least one of the antennas (107a, 107b) with a receiver (107d) and a navigation computer (108) which converts the position data into driving instructions for the transportation vehicle. In order to provide an improved system it is proposed that at least two antennas (107a, 107b) should be arranged on the transportation vehicle (101, 201), that the at least two antennas (107a, 107b) should be spaced apart from one another, and that the navigation computer (108) should determine, in addition to the position of the transportation vehicle (101, 201), also the orientation of the transportation vehicle (101, 201) from the position data of the at least two antennas (107a, 107b).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de radiolocalisation d'un véhicule de transport (101, 201) pour conteneurs (105, 106) dans une zone de travail, comportant : un système de radiolocalisation sans fil (107), comprenant une pluralité de repères (107c), actifs, disposés de manière terrestre et émettant des données de position ; des antennes (107a, 107b), recevant les données de position ; un récepteur (107d), traitant les données de position reçues ; et au moins un véhicule de transport, conçu sous la forme d'un chariot cavalier (101), pourvu d'au moins une des antennes (107a, 107b), ayant un récepteur (107d) et un calculateur de navigation (108) convertissant les données de position en instructions de conduite pour le véhicule de transport. L'invention vise à améliorer un système de telle sorte qu'au moins deux antennes (107a, 107b) sont disposés sur le véhicule de transport (101, 201), lesquelles sont au moins deux antennes (107a, 107b) espacées l'une de l'autre et que le calculateur de navigation (108) détermine, en plus de la position du véhicule de transport (101, 201), l'orientation du véhicule de transport (101, 201) à partir des données de position des au moins deux antennes (107a, 107b).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Funkortung eines Transportfahrzeugs (101, 201) für Container (105, 106) innerhalb eines Arbeitsbereichs, mit einem Funkortungssystem (107) umfassend mehrere aktive terrestrisch angeordnete und Positionsdaten sendende Ortsmarken (107c), die Positionsdaten empfangende Antennen (107a, 107b), die empfangenden Positionsdaten verarbeitenden Empfänger (107d) und mit mindestens einem als Portalhubstapler (101) ausgebildeten Transportfahrzeug mit mindestens einer der Antennen (107a, 107b) mit Empfänger (107d) und einen die Positionsdaten in Fahranweisungen für das Transportfahrzeug umsetzenden Navigationsrechner (108). Zur Schaffung eines verbesserten Systems wird vorgeschlagen, dass an dem Transportfahrzeug (101, 201) mindestens zwei Antennen (107a, 107b) angeordnet sind, die mindestens zwei Antennen (107a, 107b) voneinander beabstandet sind und der Navigationsrechner (108) neben der Position des Transportfahrzeugs (101, 201) auch die Ausrichtung des Transportfahrzeugs (101, 201) aus den Positionsdaten der mindestens zwei Antennen (107a, 107b) ermittelt.
