Title: MODIFIED SIALON PHOSPHOR POWDER PARTICLE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, SIALON PHOSPHOR, AND LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modified sialon phosphor powder particle and a preparation method therefor, a sialon phosphor, and a light emitting device. The structure of the modified sialon phosphor powder particle of the present invention is a core-shell structure. The core structure of the modified sialon phosphor powder particle sequentially comprises a nucleus layer, a transition layer, and an extranuclear layer in order of increasing oxygen content from the core to the outer surface of the particle. A main body of the nucleus layer is an oxynitride material, a main body of the transition layer is an oxynitride material, and a main body of the extranuclear layer is an oxide material or oxynitride material. The modified sialon phosphor powder particle and the sialon phosphor of the present invention have good chemical stability and desirable aging and light attenuation resistance, and high luminous efficiency, and are suitable for various light emitting devices. The production method of the present invention is simple and reliable, and is conducive to improving the chemical and physical stability of the modified sialon phosphor powder particle and the sialon phosphor, and is suitable for industrial mass production.
