Title: HOLLOW FOAM MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Abstract:
A hollow foam material and a preparation method and application thereof. The hollow foam material is constructed by a three-dimensionally connected support frame network from macroscopic view, the support frame per se is a three-dimensionally connected micro-channel having a hollow structure, a pipe wall of the micro-channel being compact, or is a pore containing a nano-sized and/or micron-sized pore diameter. A hollow foam material having a three-dimensionally connected network is prepared by using a macromolecular resin foam material having a three-dimensionally connected network structure according to a structural design and preparation method. The hollow foam material simultaneously has three types of size-adjustable pores: a three-dimensionally connected tapping mesh, a three-dimensionally connected hollow micro-channel, and a pore containing a nano-sized and/or micron-sized pore diameter in a pipe wall body of the micro-channel.
