Abstract:
An organic electroluminescent device substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1), a pixel define layer (2) disposed on the base substrate (1), and an organic light-emitting device disposed in each pixel region. The pixel define layer (2) defines a plurality of pixel regions. Each pixel region is provided with a top opening (8) and a bottom opening (7) in the thickness direction of the base substrate (1). The bottom opening (7) is formed in the top opening (8), such that each pixel area has a slope (21) from the top opening (8) to the bottom opening (7). The boundaries of the top openings (8) of adjacent pixel regions intersect each other. In the array substrate, the electrode formed on the pixel define layer of the organic light-emitting element can have a better overlap even at a smaller thickness, so as to obtain higher transmittance and display effect.
