Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing machine having a digital inkjet head shuttle, comprising: a material feeding portion (4), a pulling portion (8), a digital inkjet portion (9), a drying portion and a material roll-up portion (17). The material feeding portion (4) is provided with a constant tension mechanism for material feeding. The constant tension mechanism for material feeding comprises: two first tensioned swing arms (3); a first tensioned swing arm guide roller (3-1) having two ends respectively hinged to swinging ends of the two first tensioned swing arms (3); and two first swing arm tension cylinders (3-3). The material roll-up portion (17) is provided with a constant tension mechanism for maintaining constant tension of an object to-be-printed. The constant tension mechanism for maintaining a constant tension of an object to-be-printed comprises: two second tensioned swing arms (13) capable of swinging and respectively hinged to two sides of a machine frame; a second tensioned swing arm guide roller (13-1) having two ends respectively hinged to swinging ends of the two second tensioned swing arms (13); and two second swing arm tension cylinders (13-3) respectively driving the two second tensioned swing arms (13) to rotate. The printing machine having a digital inkjet head shuttle can improve quality of printed products, increase productivity, and reduce production costs.
