Abstract:
(EN) An organic light-emitting diode array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. A display device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode pattern (102) and an insulating layer (101) provided on the substrate, the first electrode pattern (102) comprising a plurality of strip-shaped first electrodes (1021), and each first electrode (1021) protruding from the insulating layer (101) to form a step therebetween; and an antioxidant conductive film (103) provided on the first electrode pattern (102) and the insulating layer (101), the antioxidant conductive film being disconnected at the step between the first electrode (1021) and the insulating layer (101). The antioxidant conductive film (103) can improve the problem of uneven distribution of carriers of the first electrodes (1021) caused by local oxidation thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat de réseau de diodes électroluminescentes organiques, un procédé de fabrication correspondant, ainsi qu'un dispositif d’affichage. Un dispositif d'affichage comprend : un substrat; un premier motif d'électrode (102) et une couche isolante (101) disposée sur le substrat, le premier motif d'électrode (102) comprenant une pluralité de premières électrodes en forme de bande (1021), et chaque première électrode (1021) faisant saillie à partir de la couche isolante (101) pour former une étape entre ceux-ci; et un film conducteur antioxydant (103) disposé sur le premier motif d'électrode (102) et la couche isolante (101), le film conducteur antioxydant étant déconnecté à l'étape entre la première électrode (1021) et la couche isolante (101). Le film conducteur antioxydant (103) peut améliorer le problème de distribution irrégulière de porteurs des premières électrodes (1021) provoquées par une oxydation locale de celles-ci.
