Provided are a wake-up method, a station, and an access point. The method is applied in a communication system. The communication system comprises an access point (AP) and at least one station (STA). The AP comprises a wake-up receiver (WUR) and a main receiver. The method comprises: a first STA determining that a current state of an AP is a hibernate state, wherein when the AP is in the hibernate state, a main receiver in the AP is in an off state; and the first STA sending a wake-up frame to a WUR in the AP, the wake-up frame being used to trigger the WUR in the AP to wake up the main receiver in the AP. The invention can reduce delay in transmission of uplink data.
