A method for saving energy by means of circulation pressure boosting and circulation heating, relating to the field of thermal energy and power. A power system makes a working medium work cyclically during processes such as pressure boosting, heating, and expansion working. The power system achieves high-parameter and high-efficiency work to the maximum extent by means of a circulation pressure boosting process and a circulation heating process. The circulation pressure boosting process refers to that, after pressure boosting, a fluid can enter an inlet (201) of a pressure boosting device by means of a circulation channel (207), and a nozzle (201a) is provided on the circulation channel (207) so that the circulation working medium enters the pressure boosting device (200) after being mixed with a pressure-boosted working medium in ejected state. The circulation heating process refers to that: the power system uses a heat regeneration device consisting of a heat regeneration ejector (210) and a heat regeneration pipeline (208); a power working medium boosted by the pressure boosting device (200) is ejected into the heat regeneration ejector (210) through the nozzle; the heat regeneration working medium is led to the inlet of the ejector through the heat regeneration pipeline (208); and the power working medium and the heat regeneration working medium is mixed in the heat regeneration ejector (210), decelerated, diffused, and discharged, so that the heat regeneration process is completed.
