Abstract:
A nano silica antireflective liquid, consisting of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-300 parts of ethanol; 50-150 parts of methanol; 100-200 parts of isopropanol; 80-200 parts of tetraethyl orthosilicate; 50-200 parts of aqueous ammonia solution having a concentration of 15wt%-28wt%; and 100-200 parts of waterborne resin. The nano silica antireflective liquid is prepared by using the following steps: 1) adding ethanol, methanol, and isopropanol into a breaker in sequence; 2) putting tetraethyl orthosilicate into a three-necked flask, and adding pure water; 3) pouring a mixture solvent in the breaker into the three-necked flask; 4) adding an aqueous ammonia solution to the three-necked flask; 5) obtaining silica suspensoid by suction using a vacuum suction filter; and 6) doping the silica suspensoid with a waterborne resin. The transparent silica suspensoid shows excellent cohesiveness, film forming property and activity, has a large specific surface area, is non-toxic and odorless, and can be applied in industries of electronics, catalysts, refractory materials and the like.
