A vacuum machine comprises a base plate (1). A sealing device (2) is provided at the base plate (1). A bakelite bar (3) is provided at the sealing device (2). A scorch-resistant metal plate (4) is provided at an end portion of the bakelite bar (3) and in contact with the bakelite bar (3). When the vacuum machine is in use, the bakelite bar (3) is heated, and the scorch-resistant metal plate (4) can conduct heat away from a portion that can be scorched easily. A metal material generally has better heat conductivity than a macromolecular material, such that when the end portion of the bakelite bar (3) is overheated, heat can be conducted away to prevent the end portion of the bakelite bar from being scorched easily, thereby increasing service life of a device, and ensuring favorable sealing performance of the sealing device.

L’invention concerne une machine à vide comprenant une plaque de base (1). Un dispositif d'étanchéité (2) est disposé au niveau de la plaque de base (1). Une barre de bakélite (3) est disposée au niveau du dispositif d'étanchéité (2). Une plaque métallique résistante au grillage (4) est disposée au niveau d'une partie extrémité de la barre de bakélite (3) et en contact avec la barre de bakélite (3). Lors de l’utilisation de la machine à vide, la barre de bakélite (3) est chauffée, et la plaque métallique résistante au grillage (4) peut évacuer la chaleur d'une partie qui peut griller facilement. Un matériau métallique a généralement une meilleure conductivité thermique qu'un matériau macromoléculaire, de sorte que lorsque la partie extrémité de la barre de bakélite (3) est surchauffée, la chaleur puisse être évacuée pour empêcher la partie extrémité de la barre de bakélite de griller facilement, ce qui permet d'augmenter la durée de vie d'un dispositif, et d'assurer des performances d'étanchéité favorables du dispositif d'étanchéité.

一种真空机,包括底板(1),底板(1)上设置有用于封口的封口装置(2),封口装置(2)上设置有胶木条(3),胶木条(3)的端部设置有与胶木条(3)接触的防焦金属板(4)。该真空机在使用过程中,胶木条本身被加热,通过防焦金属板的设置,能够在最易发生焦化的部分起到一个导热的作用,金属材质本身比一般的高分子材料具有更好的导热效果,能够在胶木条端部过热时,将热量传导出去,从而减缓胶木条端部发生焦化的情况,提高了设备的使用寿命,保证了封口装置的封口效果。
