Abstract:
(EN) A flexible graphite radiator comprises a flexible graphite substrate (1), a heating component (2), and a heat dissipation plate (3). The graphite substrate (1) is tightly attached to the heat dissipation plate (3). A raised portion (4) is disposed on the heat dissipation plate (3), and the heat dissipation plate (3) and the raised portion (4) are each a heat conduction material. The raised portion (4) and the graphite substrate (1) form a cavity (5), and the heating component (2) is disposed in the cavity (5) in a manner of heat transmission. Due to the existence of the raised portion, the contact area and the heat dissipation area with the heating component are increased, and accordingly the temperatures between the heating component, the heat dissipation plate and the graphite can be reduced, thereby avoiding deformation and graphite oxidation due to local overheat.
(FR) Un radiateur en graphite flexible comprend un substrat de graphite flexible (1), un composant de chauffage (2), et une plaque de dissipation de chaleur (3). Le substrat de graphite (1) est étroitement fixé à la plaque de dissipation de chaleur (3). Une partie surélevée (4) est disposée sur la plaque de dissipation de chaleur (3), et la plaque de dissipation de chaleur (3) ainsi que la partie surélevée (4) sont chacune un matériau de conduction thermique. La partie surélevée (4) et le substrat de graphite (1) forment une cavité (5), et le composant de chauffage (2) est disposé dans la cavité (5) de manière à assurer une transmission de chaleur. En raison de l'existence de la partie surélevée, la zone de contact et la zone de dissipation de chaleur avec le composant de chauffage sont augmentées, et par conséquent les températures entre le composant de chauffage, la plaque de dissipation de chaleur et le graphite peuvent être réduites, ce qui permet d'éviter la déformation et l'oxydation du graphite dues à une surchauffe locale.
