Title: RIGID AND FLEXIBLE STIRRING PADDLE COMBINATION FOR IMPROVING FLUID MIXING EFFECT
Abstract:
A rigid and flexible stirring paddle combination for improving the fluid mixing effect comprises a stirring shaft (2), several rigid stirring paddles (41, 42), several flexible Mobius strips (6), and several rings (51, 52). The rigid and flexible stirring paddle combination comprises at least two layers that are an upper layer and a lower layer, and mainly consists of the rigid stirring paddles (41, 42) that are located on the upper layer and the lower layer and that are fixed to the stirring shaft (2), and comprises the flexible Mobius strips (6) that are connected, by means of the rings (51, 52), to the rigid stirring paddles (41, 42) that are located on the upper layer and the lower layer. A motor (1) drives the rigid and flexible stirring paddle combination (41, 42) to rotate in a stirring tank (3) to input mechanical energy into the stirring tank (3), so that a fluid obtains a proper flow field, and the fluid mixing process is strengthened. The flexible Mobius strips (6) in the rigid and flexible stirring paddle combination can perform shakes or multi-body movements under the mutual actions between the stirring shaft (2) and the fluid, and accordingly, the flowing direction of the fluid is continuously changed, the turbulence extent of the fluid is improved, the energy transmission process is strengthened, the fluid mixing efficiency is improved, and costs of devices can be reduced.
