Abstract:
(EN) The utility model relates to vehicle engineering, and more particularly to means for enabling the cooling or heating of vehicle tyres. The present system is intended for monitoring and maintaining an optimal tyre temperature for ideal traction with the road surface depending upon the weather conditions and the ambient temperature. A system for air cooling or heating vehicle tyres is proposed which comprises at least one cooled/warmed air supply device mounted near the wheels of a vehicle and intended to create a flow of air directed at the tyre treads, said device having an electric actuator connected to an on-board electrical supply of the vehicle, and at least one ambient temperature sensor and/or vehicle tyre temperature sensor, which are connected by a wired or wireless network to an on-board vehicle control system. What is novel about the utility model is the fact that the cooled/warmed air supply device is in the form of an electric fan with an electric coil, the nozzle of the device being mounted in openings in the wheel arch, wherein the flow of air from said nozzles is directed in a radial direction toward the tyre.
(FR) Le modèle d'utilité se rapporte au domaine des transports, et notamment à des moyens pour refroidir ou chauffer les pneumatiques d'un moyen de transport. Le système a pour but de contrôler et de maintenir une température optimale du revêtement qui convient au mieux pour une adhérence idéale avec la route en fonction des conditions climatiques et de la température du milieu ambiant. L'invention concerne un système de refroidissement ou de chauffage par air des pneumatiques d'un moyen de transport, comprenant au moins un dispositif d'envoi d'air refroidi/chauffé qui est disposé à proximité des roues du moyen de transport et qui a pour but de générer un flux d'air directionnel sur la bande de roulement du pneumatique, avec un actionneur électrique qui est connecté au système embarqué d'alimentation électrique du moyen de transport, au moins un capteur de température du milieu ambiant et/ou un capteur de température des pneumatiques du moyen de transport qui sont connectés par un réseau filaire ou sans fil au système embarqué de commande de déplacement du moyen de transport. L'invention est caractérisé en ce que on utilise en qualité de dispositif d'envoi d'air refroidi/chauffé un ventilateur électrique avec une spirale électrique dont la la buse est disposée dans des ouvertures dans l'arc de la roue, et le flux d'air provenant desdites buses est dirigé dans une direction radiale vers le pneumatique.
(RU) Полезная модель относится к транспортному машиностроению, в частности, к средствам для обеспечения охлаждения или нагрева шин транспортных средств. Система предназначена для контроля и поддержания оптимальной температуры покрышек, наиболее подходящей для идеального сцепления с дорожным полотном в зависимости от погодных условий и температуры окружающей среды. Предложена система воздушного охлаждения или нагрева шин транспортного средства, содержащая, не менее одно, устройство подачи охлажденного/разогретого воздуха, которое установленное около колес транспортного средства и предназначенное для создания направленного потока воздуха на протектор шин, с электроприводом, который подключен в бортовую систему электропитания транспортного средства, не менее один датчик температуры окружающей среды и/или датчик температуры шин транспортного средства, которые проводной или беспроводной сетью соединены с бортовой системой управления движения транспортного средства. Новым в полезной модели является то, что в качестве устройства подачи охлажденного/разогретого воздуха использован электровентилятор с электрической спиралью, сопло которого установлено в отверстиях в колесной арке, причем поток воздуха из указанных сопел направлен в радиальном направлении к шине.
