Abstract:
(EN) A process for improving situational awareness at an incident scene includes first receiving audio or video of a user and detecting, in one or both of the audio and video, an instruction directed to another user. A compliance metric associated with the instruction is then accessed and one or more available second cameras having a field of view that incorporates a current location of the another user are identified. One or more video streams from the second cameras are received that include the another user. An action of the another user is identified from the video streams and is correlated with the compliance metric to determine a level of compliance of the another user with the instruction. In response to determining, as a function of the correlating, that the level of compliance falls below a threshold level of compliance, a computing device taking a responsive noncompliance action.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration de la conscience situationnelle au niveau d'une scène d'incident consistant d'abord à recevoir un contenu audio ou un contenu vidéo d'un utilisateur et à détecter, dans le contenu audio et/ou le contenu vidéo, une instruction à destination d'un autre utilisateur. Un paramètre de conformité associé à l'instruction fait ensuite l'objet d'un accès et une ou plusieurs secondes caméras disponibles ayant un champ de vision qui incorpore une position courante de l'autre utilisateur sont identifiées. Un ou plusieurs flux vidéo provenant des secondes caméras sont reçus, lesquels comprennent l'autre utilisateur. Une action de l'autre utilisateur est identifiée à partir des flux vidéo et est mise en corrélation avec le paramètre de conformité pour déterminer un niveau de conformité de l'autre utilisateur avec l'instruction. En réponse à la détermination, en tant que fonction de la corrélation, du fait que le niveau de conformité descend au-dessous d'un niveau seuil de conformité, un dispositif informatique entreprend une action de réponse à une non-conformité.
