(EN) The present specification relates to a hole injection or transport layer coating composition for an organic electroluminescent device, the coating composition comprising an organic metal complex of a transition metal, a fluorine-based polymer including sulfonic acid or a sulfonic acid salt, and an organic solvent; a method for producing an organic electroluminescent device using the same; and an organic electroluminescent device.
