Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING DEXTRAN POLYMER-BASED, AMPLIFIED NUCLEIC ACID APTAMER NANOCONSTRUCT SELECTIVELY CAPTURING TARGET MOLECULE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a dextran polymer-based, amplified nucleic acid aptamer nanoconstruct selectively capturing a target molecule, the method comprising linking a short nucleic acid sequence or complementary sequence for forming a nanoconstruct and a nucleic acid aptamer sequence for capturing a specific target molecule to a dextran polymer, and mixing respective polymeric nucleic acid materials to form nanoconstructs, followed by the formation of repeating nucleic acid aptamers through rolling circle amplification. The dextran polymer-based, amplified nucleic acid aptamer nanoconstructs exhibit the effect of effectively and selectively capturing a specific target molecule.
