Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ester-based composition, the method comprising the steps of: mixing a dibenzoic acid and a carboxylic acid to prepare an acid mixture; and reacting the acid mixture with an alcohol, wherein a product of the reaction comprises a benzoic acid ester-based material and a carboxylic acid ester-based material. The preparation method can improve the reaction rate and the heating rate in preparation procedures and can also achieve energy reduction, by adding a carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid ester-based material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une composition à base d’ester, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant en : le mélange d’un acide dibenzoïque et d’un acide carboxylique afin de préparer un mélange acide ; et la réaction du mélange acide avec un alcool, un produit de la réaction comprenant un matériau à base d’ester d’acide benzoïque et un matériau à base d’ester d’acide carboxylique. Le procédé de préparation peut améliorer le taux de réaction et le taux de chauffage dans les procédures de préparation et peut également atteindre la réduction d’énergie, en ajoutant un matériau à base d’acide carboxylique et/ou d’ester d’acide carboxylique.
(KO) 본 발명은 에스테르계 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 다이벤조산 및 카르복실산을 혼합하여 산 혼합물을 준비하는 단계와, 상기 산 혼합물을 알코올과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 반응의 생성물은 벤조산 에스테르계 물질 및 카르복실산 에스테르계 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 제조방법은 카르복실산 및/또는 카르복실산 에스테르계 물질을 첨가함으로써 제조 과정에서 반응 속도 및 승온 속도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 에너지도 절감할 수 있는 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
