Abstract:
Disclosed is a rectifier capable of preventing overload via sequential switching control. A rectifier according to the present invention comprises a full bridge circuit configured by a plurality of switching transistor groups, each of which is configured by connecting two or more switching transistors in parallel, and thus sequentially controls turn-on and turn-off of the two or more switching transistors connected in parallel within the plurality of switching transistor groups. Therefore, the present invention can minimize a leakage current generated in the rectifier and voltage increase caused thereby.
