Title: HYBRID COMPOSITE BEAM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hybrid composite beam and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a hybrid composite beam and a manufacturing method therefor, the beam having a cross section efficiently resisting stress by: allowing an overall U-shaped cross section shape of which the upper part is opened, to be formed since punching holes are easily machined by means of a punching machine on the three steel plate members, which are manufactured in consideration of stress generated at the cross section of the composite beam, and then the steel plate members are coupled by high-strength bolts; and allowing concrete to be poured and integrated thereinside. One preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper plate; side plates vertically extending downward from one end of the upper plate; and a lower plate extending from the lower ends of the side plates in parallel in the direction opposite to the upper plate, wherein the upper plate comprises: two Z-shaped upper molded steel plates arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction to be symmetrical to each other so as to face outwards; a right-side-opened rectangle-shaped lower molded steel plate comprising a lower horizontal plate, vertical plates respectively and vertically extending upward from both ends of the lower horizontal plate, and an upper horizontal plate extending inwards from the upper end of each vertical plate in parallel to the lower horizontal plate, wherein the upper horizontal plate is coupled to the lower plate of the Z-shaped upper molded steel plate by the high-strength bolts; and concrete poured and integrated in a U-shaped space encompassed by the two Z-shaped upper molded steel plates and the right-side-opened rectangle-shaped lower molded steel plate.
