Title: VERTEBRAL IMPLANT SCREW ASSEMBLY
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vertebral implant screw assembly characterized by comprising: a first unit having insertion grooves provided as incisions extending from the periphery of the upper end portion thereof while facing each other, the lower end portions of the insertion grooves having arc shapes, and the first unit having an inner space formed therein such that the same is penetrated in the upward/downward direction; a rod, the outer peripheral surface of one side of the rod being seated in the insertion grooves, and the outer peripheral surface of the other side of the rod being seated in insertion grooves of a first unit adjacent to the first unit; a second unit, the upper portion of the second unit being rotatably received in the lower portion of the inner space, and the lower portion of the second unit being screw-coupled and fixed to a vertebral body that constitutes the spinal column such that the second unit is prevented from uncoupling; a third unit screw-coupled to the upper side of the inner space so as to retain the rod; and a fourth unit arranged between the inner space and the upper portion of the second unit so as to limit rotation of the second unit, the fourth unit comprising a pressurization cap seated in the inner space while pressing the outer surface of the upper side of a ball joint head arranged on the upper portion of the second unit, the upper portion of the pressurization cap contacting the outer peripheral surface of the rod, and the pressurization cap being pressurized by fastening force from the third unit coupled to the first unit.
