Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a transparent substrate (10) in which a semi-cured product layer (13s) of an intermediate laminate (1) is fully cured, the intermediate laminate (1) comprising: a light-transmissive base material (11); an anti-reflective layer (14) which is provided on at least one side of the base material (11); and the semi-cured product layer (13s) which is provided between the base material (11) and the anti-reflective layer (14) and which comprises a semi-cured product of an ultraviolet curable resin composition. The surface of the anti-reflective layer (14) has an irregular undulate structure, the arithmetic average roughness Ra of the surface of the undulate structure is 0.01-1.00 μm, and the average undulating period RSm is 1 to 30 μm. The anti-reflective layer (14) is provided, on the outermost layer, with a low refractive index layer (14a) having a refractive index of 1.47 or less and a thickness of 50-200 nm. The Young's modulus of the semi-cured product layer (13s) is 0.1-2.5 GPa, the thickness after being fully cured is 1.0-10.0 μm, and the percentage elongation of the intermediate laminate (1) is 105-150%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat transparent (10) dans lequel une couche de produit semi-durci (13s) d'un stratifié intermédiaire (1) est complètement durcie, le stratifié intermédiaire (1) comprenant : un matériau de base transmettant la lumière (11); une couche antiréflechissante (14) qui est disposée sur au moins un côté du matériau de base (11); et la couche de produit semi-durci (13s) qui est disposée entre le matériau de base (11) et la couche antiréflechissante (14) et qui comprend un produit semi-durci d'une composition de résine durcissable aux ultraviolets. La surface de la couche antiréfléchissante (14) a une structure ondulante irrégulière, la rugosité moyenne arithmétique Ra de la surface de la structure ondulée est de 0,01-1,00 µm, et la largeur moyenne des éléments du profil de rugosité RSm est de 1 à 30 µm. La couche antiréflechissante (14) est disposée, sur la couche la plus à l'extérieur, avec une couche à faible indice de réfraction (14a) ayant un indice de réfraction de 1,47 ou moins et une épaisseur de 50 à 200 nm.
