Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a metal powder with which it is possible to speed up the formation of layered bodies and form additively manufactured objects with excellent shape accuracy and flatness, and providing a powder-sintered additively manufactured object using the same and a manufacturing method for the same. This metal powder is used in a powder-sintering additive manufacturing method comprising steps of selectively irradiating a thin layer of a plurality of metal powders with laser light to sinter or melt bond the metal powders, thereby forming a shaped layer, and layering shaped layers to form a three-dimensional additively manufactured object. The metal power is characterized in that a flux having an average thickness of 5-30 nm is coated on the surface of metal particles having a number average particle diameter of 5-100 µm.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème visant à fournir une poudre métallique permettant d'accélérer la formation de corps stratifiés et de former des objets fabriqués de manière additive avec une excellente précision de forme et une excellente planéité, et à fournir un objet fabriqué de manière additive par frittage de poudre utilisant ladite poudre et un procédé de fabrication correspondant. Cette poudre métallique est utilisée dans un procédé de fabrication additive par frittage de poudre comprenant les étapes consistant à irradier de manière sélective une couche mince d'une pluralité de poudres métalliques avec une lumière laser pour fritter ou lier par fusion les poudres métalliques, ce qui permet de former une couche façonnée, et à stratifier des couches façonnées pour former un objet tridimensionnel fabriqué de manière additive. La poudre métallique est caractérisée en ce qu'un flux ayant une épaisseur moyenne de 5 à 30 nm recouvre la surface de particules métalliques ayant un diamètre de particule moyen en nombre de 5 à 100 µm.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、積層体の形成の高速化を達成するとともに、形状精度及び平面性に優れた立体積層造形物を形成することができる金属粉末と、それを用いた粉末焼結積層造形物及びその製造方法を提供することである。 本発明の金属粉末は、複数の金属粉末の薄層に、レーザー光を選択的に照射して、当該複数の金属粉末を焼結又は溶融結合して造形物層を形成し、当該造形物層を積層することにより立体積層造形物を形成する粉末焼結積層造形法に用いられる金属粉末であって、個数平均粒子径が5~100μmの範囲内である金属粒子の表面に、平均厚さが5~30nmの範囲内のフラックスが被覆されていることを特徴とする。
