Abstract:
(EN) This reactive hot-melt silicone filling container is characterized in that: a container is filled with a crosslinking silicone composition including (A) an alkenyl-group-bonded organopolysiloxane that includes a branched-chain organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group and having a softening point of a least 50°C, (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in a single molecule, and (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; the container is heated to cause B-stage crosslinking of the composition; and a reactive hot-melt silicone that is nonflowable at 25°C and has a melt viscosity at 120°C of 5,000 Pa·s or less is formed; the application of heat making it possible to remove the reactive hot-melt silicone, which has exceptional gap-filling performance.
(FR) Ce récipient destiné à être rempli de silicone thermofusible réactive est caractérisé en ce que : un récipient est rempli d'une composition de silicone de réticulation comprenant (A) un organopolysiloxane lié à un groupe alcényle qui comprend un organopolysiloxane à chaîne ramifiée possédant un groupe alcényle et ayant un point de ramollissement d'au moins 50 °C, (B) un organopolysiloxane possédant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène liés à un atome de silicium dans une molécule unique, et (C) un catalyseur de réaction d'hydrosilylation; le récipient est chauffé pour provoquer une réticulation en phase B de la composition; et une silicone thermofusible réactive, qui est non fluide à 25 °C et présente une viscosité à l'état fondu à 120 °C de 5000 Pa·s ou moins, est formée; l'application de chaleur permet d'éliminer la silicone thermofusible réactive qui présente des performances exceptionnelles de remplissage d'espace.
(JA) 本発明の反応性ホットメルトシリコーン充填容器は、(A)アルケニル基を有し、軟化点が50℃以上である分岐鎖状のオルガノポリシロキサンを少なくとも含む、アルケニル基結合オルガノポリシロキサン、(B)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサン、および(C)ヒドロシリル化反応用触媒を含む架橋性シリコーン組成物を容器に充填し、該容器を加熱することにより前記組成物をB-ステージ状に架橋させ、25℃で非流動性であり、120℃での溶融粘度が5,000Pa・s以下の反応性ホットメルトシリコーンを形成したものであり、加熱により、ギャップフィル性に優れる反応性ホットメルトシリコーンを取り出し可能であるという特徴がある。
