Abstract:
(EN) A treatment device 1 has a treatment tank 2 on the outside of which a constant temperature heater 3 is provided and a supply tank 6 connected via a pipe 4 and a pump 5. Persulfuric acid salt solutions S and S1 of prescribed sulfuric acid concentrations and persulfuric acid concentrations are respectively filled in the treatment tank 2 and the supply tank 6. In the treatment tank 2, a plastic sheet 7 is suspended vertically as plastic to be treated. The sulfuric acid concentrations of the persulfuric acid salt solutions S and S1 are 50-92 wt%. The persulfuric acid concentrations of the solutions S and S1 after dissolving the persulfuric acid salt are 3-20 g/L. With the method for treating a Cr-free plastic surface that uses said treatment device 1, it is possible to form metal plating that adheres well to the plastic surface.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement (1) comprenant un réservoir de traitement (2) à l'extérieur duquel est disposé un dispositif de chauffage (3) à température constante et un réservoir d'alimentation (6) reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau (4) et d'une pompe (5). Des solutions de sel d'acide persulfurique (S) et (S1) de concentrations en acide sulfurique et de concentrations en acide persulfurique définies sont respectivement chargées dans le réservoir de traitement (2) et le réservoir d'alimentation (6). Dans le réservoir de traitement (2), une feuille de plastique (7) est suspendue verticalement en tant que matière plastique à traiter. Les concentrations en acide sulfurique des solutions de sel d'acide persulfurique (S) et (S1) sont de 50 à 92 % en poids. Les concentrations en acide persulfurique des solutions (S) et (S1) après dissolution du sel d'acide persulfurique sont de 3 à 20 g/l. Grâce au procédé de traitement d'une surface en plastique exempte de Cr qui utilise ledit dispositif de traitement (1), il est possible de former un placage métallique qui adhère bien à la surface en plastique.
(JA) 処理装置1は、外周に恒温ヒータ3が設けられた処理槽2と、配管4及びポンプ5を介して接続された供給槽6とを有する。処理槽2及び供給槽6には、所定の硫酸濃度及び過硫酸濃度の過硫酸塩の溶液S,S1がそれぞれ充填されている。そして、処理槽2内には、被処理プラスチックとしてプラスチック板7が上下方向に吊設されている。この過硫酸塩の溶液S,S1の硫酸濃度は50~92wt%である。また、過硫酸塩を溶解した後の溶液S,S1の過硫酸濃度は3~20g/Lである。かかる処理装置1を用いたCrフリーのプラスチック表面の処理方法によれば、プラスチック表面に十分に密着しためっきを形成することができる。
