Abstract:
(EN) A system is described which provides real-time adaptive feedback of non-invasive physiological and mechanical parameters for CPR administration (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). A biomedical device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of a patient, CPR, and vital signal monitoring and feedback, comprising an interface covering pad, flexible and anatomically adaptable for placing on the patient's thorax, wherein the pad has an upper zone and a lower zone which are symmetrical along a vertical axis, wherein the pad comprises an adhesive surface for adhering to the patient's thorax, two electrically conductive areas for defibrillation discharge or cardiac pacing, a reinforced compression area for the sternum, and one or more sensors for CPR and vital signal feedback, anatomically distributed over said pad.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système qui fournit une rétroaction adaptative en temps réel de paramètres physiologiques et mécaniques non invasifs à des fins d'administration d'une réanimation cardio-respiratoire (RCR). L'invention concerne un dispositif biomédical de réanimation cardio-respiratoire (RCR) d'un patient, et de surveillance et rétroaction de signes vitaux, qui comprend : un coussinet de recouvrement d'interface, flexible et adaptable anatomiquement à placer sur le thorax du patient, lequel coussinet présente une zone supérieure et une zone inférieure qui sont symétriques le long d'un axe vertical, ce coussinet étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une surface adhésive destinée à adhérer au thorax du patient, deux zones électriquement conductrices de décharge de défibrillation ou de stimulation cardiaque, une zone de compression renforcée du sternum, et un ou plusieurs capteurs de RCR et de rétroaction de signaux vitaux, répartis de manière anatomique sur le coussinet.
