Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a nucleic acid sequence that improves resistance to biotrophic pathogens, in particular to Pseudomonas syringae, without affecting susceptibility to necrotrophs, in particular Botrytis cinerea. The present invention also relates to a plant that comprises the nucleic acid of the invention and a method to generate plants resistant to biotrophic pathogens and necrotrophs.
(FR) L'invention concerne une séquence d'acide nucléique qui améliore la résistance à des agents pathogènes biotrophiques, en particulier à Pseudomonas syringae, sans affecter la sensibilité aux nécrotrophines, en particulier Botrytis cinerea. La présente invention concerne également une plante qui comporte l'acide nucléique de l'invention et une méthode pour générer des plantes résistantes aux pathogènes biotrophes et aux nécrotrophes.
