Abstract:
(EN) A method of optimizing a premix fuel nozzle (12) for a gas turbine is provided. When the gas turbine is in operation, the nozzle (12) comprises an axial flow field of air and fuel mixture flowing through a burner tube (25) and around a nozzle tip (24), and at least two recirculation zones with at least two different radial extents as part of a toroidal vortex generated on the nozzle tip (24) to provide strong flame stability and flame propagation.
(FR) Procédé d'optimisation d'une buse de carburant à prémélange (12) pour une turbine à gaz. Lorsque la turbine à gaz fonctionne, la buse (12) comprend un champ à écoulement axial de mélange air et carburant s'écoulant dans un tube (25) de brûleur et autour d'une pointe (24) de buse, et au moins deux zones de recirculation ayant au moins deux étendues radiales différentes en tant que partie d'un tourbillon toroïdal produit sur la pointe (24) de buse pour fournir une stabilité de flamme et une propagation de flamme fortes.
