Abstract:
A high-strength material puncturing mechanism, having a variable-diameter drill bit, a first support plate (6), tubular shaft (8), second gear (7), first spiral wall (17) and second support plate (16) thereof forming a rotating body, an inner shaft (15), a centrifugal plate (18) and a second spiral wall (20) being fixed together, the inner shaft (15) rotating as the centrifugal plate (18) rotates around an axis of the inner shaft, a phase difference existing between the inner shaft (15) and the tubular shaft (8), the second spiral wall (20) and a tubular shaft circular plate (35), the phase difference changing a radial position of a drill bit, thereby adjusting a diameter of a drilled hole. The present puncturing mechanism can control a diameter of a hole drilled by a drill bit by means of controlling rotational speed of an electric motor, and the radial position of the drill bit can also be locked by the second spiral wall, appropriate for puncturing high-strength materials.
