Abstract:
A spiral spring-based multilevel teeth gear automatic transmission, comprising an output shaft (1), an inner gear ring (4), a middle gear (6), a drive gear (7), an input shaft (9), a spiral spring (40), a threaded rod (41), an abutting block (42), a sliding block (43), and a centrifuge ball (52), where the input shaft (9) drives the drive gear (7) to rotate, the drive gear (7) is meshed with the middle gear (6), three outer ring gears are provided on the middle gear (6), the inner gear ring (4) is provided with three inner ring gears, the outer ring gears and the inner ring gears form three transmission ratios, an inner gear ring shaft sleeve (5) is fitted with an output shaft guide bar (29) via a shaft sleeve inner guide groove (22) to drive the output shaft (1) to rotate, and mounted within an output shaft cavity are the spiral spring (40), the threaded rod (41), the sliding block (43), the abutting block (42), and the centrifuge ball (52). The spiral spring (40) can restore the angle at which the threaded rod (41) rotates; the centrifuge ball (52) moves in the direction of a centrifugal force in a centrifuge cavity (45) and drives the threaded rod (41) to rotate, and at the same time, the sliding block (43) moves along the axis line of the output shaft (1) to allow the inner gear ring (4) to move, thus changing the relative positions of the inner gear ring (4) and the middle gear (6), changing the transmission ratio, implementing automatic transmission, and providing improved practicability.
