Title: METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CORRECTING THE SHAPE OF DEFORMED BLADE BY LASER PEENING
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for correcting the shape of a deformed blade by laser peening. The method comprises: according to a calculated shape correction amount, determining an optimal laser peening shape-correcting area of a deformed blade by means of simulated analysis; obtaining laser parameters and a laser shape-correcting path; controlling a laser system so same carries out a laser peening shape-correcting operation on the deformed blade; acquiring three-dimensional data of the shape-corrected deformed blade; and comparing the three-dimensional data of the shape-corrected deformed blade with pre-stored three-dimensional data of a blade design model to obtain a new shape correction amount, and if the new shape correction amount is not within a range of permissible errors, assigning the value of the new shape correction amount to the shape correction amount, and if the new shape correction amount is within the range of the permissible error, finishing the shape correction. A device for correcting the shape of a deformed blade by laser peening comprises a computer (1), a laser power source (2), a nanosecond laser (3), a first servo motor system (6), a second servo motor system (10), a first laser light path system (9), a second laser light path system (13), a three-dimensional mobile platform controller (14) and a three-dimensional mobile platform (15). Residual compressive stress can be generated inside a blade by means of correcting the shape thereof by laser peening, thereby improving the fatigue failure resistance and corrosion resistance of the blade and increasing the strength of the blade. The blade deformation control process is simple and reliable, is low in cost and easily realizes automation.
