Abstract
(EN) A multi-split system and a liquid return prevention control method thereof during defrosting of the multi-split system. The method comprises the following steps: when the multi-split system is in heating operation, detecting gas exhaust pressure (PC), gas return pressure (PE) and gas exhaust temperature (TP) of a compressor (21) in real time; if an outdoor unit (20) receives a defrosting instruction, sending a defrosting signal to a diverter (30) and heating indoor units in multiple indoor units (10), controlling, by means of the diverter (30), a throttling element (EXV2) to close before first reversing of a four-way valve (22) and last for a preset time, so as to reduce the amount of a refrigerant returned to the outdoor unit (20); and regulating the opening of the throttling element (EXV2) according to the gas exhaust pressure (PC), gas return pressure (PE) and gas exhaust temperature (TP) during defrosting operation of the multi-split system, so that the risk of liquid return occurred to the compressor (21) during a defrosting process, and the safety and reliability of the system are greatly improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne également un système à divisions multiples et son procédé de régulation de prévention de retour de liquide pendant son dégivrage. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : lorsque le système à divisions multiples est en fonctionnement de chauffage, détecter la pression d'échappement de gaz (PC), la pression de retour de gaz (PE) et la température d'échappement de gaz (TP) d'un compresseur (21) en temps réel; si une unité extérieure (20) reçoit une instruction de dégivrage, envoyer un signal de dégivrage à un déflecteur (30) et chauffer des unités intérieures dans de multiples unités intérieures (10), commander, au moyen du déflecteur (30), un élément d'étranglement (EXV2) à se fermer avant une première inversion d'une soupape à quatre voies (22) et pendant un temps prédéfini, de manière à réduire la quantité d'un fluide frigorigène renvoyé à l'unité extérieure (20); et à réguler l'ouverture de l'élément d'étranglement (EXV2) en fonction de la pression d'échappement de gaz (PC), de la pression de retour de gaz (PE) et de la température d'échappement de gaz (TP) pendant le dégivrage du système à divisions multiples, de telle sorte que le risque de retour de liquide survenu vers le compresseur (21) pendant un processus de dégivrage, et la sécurité et la fiabilité du système soient considérablement améliorées.
(ZH) 多联机系统及其除霜时的防回液控制方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:当多联机系统制热运行时,实时检测压缩机(21)的排气压力(PC)、回气压力(PE)和排气温度(TP);如果室外机(20)接收到化霜指令,则向分流装置(30)和多个室内机(10)中的制热室内机发送除霜信号,并在四通阀(22)第一次换向前通过分流装置(30)控制节流元件(EXV2)关闭且持续预设时间以降低回到室外机(20)的冷媒量,以及在多联机系统除霜运行时根据排气压力(PC)、回气压力(PE)和排气温度(TP)对节流元件(EXV2)的开度进行调节,以此避免除霜过程中压缩机(21)出现回液风险,大大提高系统的安全可靠性。
