Title: DRUG LOADING SYSTEM MADE OF TDNS-AS1411-NUCLEIC ACID DRUG COMPOSITE NANOMETER MATERIAL, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A method for preparing a drug loading system made of a TDNs-AS1411-nucleic acid drug composite nanometer material comprises the following steps: respectively combining an AS1411 sequence and a nucleic acid drug with a DNA tetrahedron, selecting four DNA single chains carrying the AS1411 sequence and the nucleic acid drug, mixing, and adding into a TM buffer, and mixing to be uniform and placing the obtained product in a CR instrument; and rapidly heating to 95ºC and stabilizing for 10 min, then cooling to 4ºC and stabilizing for 20 min, so as to obtain the drug loading system made of a TDNs-AS1411-nucleic acid drug composite nanometer material. The drug load system can directly act on cell nucleuses, the effect of the drug is not degraded by lysosome, the targeting performance is strong, the effect of the drug can be fully utilized, and the pertinence is good.
