Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a method for peeling a layered material, and a peeled material obtained by peeling. The method includes: mixing quantum dots with an intercalating layered material, dispersing in a solvent, and ultrasonically peeling off to obtain a peeled material having quantum dots adsorbed on a surface of each layer. Further provided is a method for peeling a layered zirconium phosphate, which includes: (1) mixing an organic amine and a layered zirconium phosphate to obtain an intercalating zirconium phosphate under an ultrasonic condition; (2) mixing quantum dots with the intercalating zirconium phosphate obtained in step (1), dispersing in methanol and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment so as to peel off the intercalating zirconium phosphate, and after centrifuging, washing and drying, obtaining a single layer of zirconium phosphate. The present method is simple, mild, and suitable for industrial production; the method has good peeling results, and re-agglomeration would not occur in a product thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour peler un matériau stratifié et un matériau pelé obtenu par pelage. Le procédé comprend : le mélange de points quantiques avec un matériau stratifié d'intercalation, la dispersion dans un solvant, et le pelage par ultrasons pour obtenir un matériau pelé ayant des points quantiques adsorbés sur une surface de chaque couche. L'invention concerne en outre une méthode pour peler un phosphate de zirconium stratifié, qui comprend : (1) le mélange d'une amine organique et d'un phosphate de zirconium stratifié pour obtenir un phosphate de zirconium d'intercalation dans une condition ultrasonore ; (2) le mélange de points quantiques avec le phosphate de zirconium d'intercalation obtenu à l'étape (1), la dispersion dans le méthanol et la soumission à un traitement par ultrasons de façon à peler le phosphate de zirconium d'intercalation, et après centrifugation, lavage et séchage, l'obtention d'une seule couche de phosphate de zirconium. Le présent procédé est simple, doux et approprié pour une production industrielle ; le procédé présente de bons résultats de pelage, et une nouvelle agglomération ne se produit pas dans un produit associé.
(ZH) 提供一种层状材料的剥离方法及得到的剥离材料。该方法包括将量子点与插层型层状材料混合,分散于溶剂中,超声剥离,得到各层表面吸附有量子点的剥离材料。还提供对层状磷酸锆进行剥离的方法,包括:(1)将有机胺和层状磷酸锆混合,在超声条件下得到插层型磷酸锆;(2)将量子点与步骤(1)获得的插层型磷酸锆混合,分散于甲醇中,超声处理,实现插层型磷酸锆的剥离,经离心、洗涤并干燥,得到单层磷酸锆。该方法简单、温和,适合工业化生产,剥离效果好,产品不会发生再团聚。
