Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and relates to a method and device for sending a radio resource control (RRC) message. The method includes: a terminal receiving RRC diversity configuration information sent by a network access device, wherein the RRC diversity configuration information is configuration information that is required when the terminal enables or disables an RRC diversity; the terminal determining whether to enable the RRC diversity according to the RRC diversity configuration information, wherein the RRC diversity is a transmission mode for sending a same uplink RRC message by means of at least two connections. The present disclosure receives RRC diversity configuration information sent by a network access device, and then determines whether to enable an RRC diversity. After enabling the RRC diversity, the terminal may send an uplink RRC message by means of at least two connections, so as to improve the success rate of RRC message transmission and reduce the error rate of RRC messages.
(FR) La présente invention appartient au domaine technique des communications sans fil et concerne un procédé et un dispositif d' envoi d'un message de commande de ressources radio (RRC). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal reçoit des informations de configuration de diversité RRC envoyées par un dispositif d'accès au réseau, les informations de configuration de diversité RRC étant des informations de configuration qui sont requises lorsque le terminal active ou désactive une diversité RRC ; le terminal détermine s'il faut activer la diversité RRC selon les informations de configuration de diversité RRC, la diversité RRC étant un mode de transmission pour envoyer un même message RRC de liaison montante au moyen d'au moins deux liaisons. La présente invention reçoit des informations de configuration de diversité RRC envoyées par un dispositif d'accès au réseau, et détermine ensuite s'il faut activer une diversité RRC. Après l'activation de la diversité RRC, le terminal peut envoyer un message RRC de liaison montante au moyen d'au moins deux liaisons, de manière à améliorer le taux de réussite de transmission de message RRC et à réduire le taux d'erreur de messages RRC.
