Abstract:
(EN) The system includes an ATE which produces a plurality of test signals and test results for electronic devices by a test instrument or instruments therein. An execution engine responsive to the test results runs multiple test operations from the test instruments within a coherent time domain and maintains a temporal relationship between the multiple test results. The multiple test signals and test results are then displayed in a time coherent alignment.
(FR) Le système comprend un ATE qui produit une pluralité de signaux de tests et de résultats de tests relatifs à des dispositifs électroniques au moyen d'un ou plusieurs instruments de test faisant partie de l'ATE. Un moteur d'exécution sensible aux résultats de tests exécute de multiples opérations de tests à partir des instruments de test dans un domaine temporel cohérent et gère une relation chronologique entre les multiples résultats de tests. Les multiples signaux de tests et résultats de tests sont ensuite affichés en un alignement cohérent dans le temps.
