Abstract:
(EN) The disclosed embodiments provide a system for transmitting a link state message in a network. During operation, the system obtains a network topology for the network. Next, the system uses the network topology to identify a reflood set of neighbors of the flooding node for reaching a set of two-hop neighbors of the flooding node. The system then transmits a link state message with an indication to reflood the link state message to the reflood set of neighbors. Finally, the system transmits the link state message without the indication to reflood to remaining neighbors of the flooding node that form a non-reflood set.
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention ont trait à un système servant à transmettre un message d’état de liaison dans un réseau. Durant le fonctionnement, le système obtient une topologie de réseau pour le réseau. Ensuite, le système utilise la topologie de réseau pour identifier un ensemble de réinondation de voisins du nœud inondant pour atteindre un ensemble de voisins à deux bonds du nœud inondant. Le système transmet alors un message d’état de liaison avec une indication pour réinonder le message d’état de liaison à l’ensemble de réinondation de voisins. Finalement, le système transmet le message d’état de liaison sans l’indication de réinonder aux voisins restants du nœud inondant qui forment un ensemble de non-réinondation.
