(KO) MRI를 이용한 BNCT를 위한 붕소의 농도분포 측정방법, 및 BNCT의 치료 계획방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for measuring concentration distribution of boron for BNCT using only magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and a treatment planning method for BNCT, which comprise the steps of: (a) measuring a boron concentration and an anatomical image of a patient from magnetic resonance (MR) data (S10); (b) extracting a boron concentration change prediction parameter of the patient and estimating the concentration for each time period (S20); (c) calculating and verifying a predicted boron distribution value estimated by boron imaging and spectral analysis (S30); and (d) deriving an optimal time for BNCT treatment from the verified result (S40).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de distribution de concentration de bore pour BNCT en utilisant uniquement une imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM), et un procédé de planification de traitement pour BNCT, qui comprend les étapes de : (a) mesure d'une concentration de bore et d'une image anatomique d'un patient à partir de données de résonance magnétique (RM) (S10); (b) extraction d'un paramètre de prédiction de changement de concentration de bore du patient et estimation de la concentration pour chaque période (S20); (c) calcul et vérification d'une valeur de distribution de bore prédite estimée par imagerie de bore et analyse spectrale (S30); et (d) dérivation d'un temps optimal pour un traitement BNCT à partir du résultat vérifié (S40).
(KO) 본 발명은 자기공명영상장치(Magnetic Resonance Imaging; MRI)만을 이용하여 BNCT을 위한 붕소의 농도분포의 측정방법과 BNCT의 치료 계획방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 자기공명(MR) 데이터로부터 환자의 해부학적 영상과 붕소 농도를 측정하는 단계(S10)와; (b) 환자의 붕소 농도변화 예측 파라미터를 추출하고 시간별 농도를 예측하는 단계(S20)와; (c) 붕소 이미징과 스펙트럼 분석으로 추정된 붕소 분포 예측값을 계산하여 검증하는 단계(S30)와; (d) 검증된 결과로부터 BNCT치료의 최적 시간을 도출하는 단계(S40);를 포함한다.
