Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a variable PET apparatus (10) allowing structural changes of a detection module in longitudinal and latitudinal directions to correspond to various imaging goals and cross-sectional diameter of objects to be inspected while maintaining an arrangement that is close to a true circle, the variable PET apparatus (10) comprising: a gantry (110, 120) having an opening on the longitudinal axis; and detection modules (210) supported on the gantry (110, 120), and arranged a set distance apart from each other to form a detection ring in the circumferential direction of any diameter, wherein the gantry (110, 120) is driven by a gantry driving member, and the detection modules (210) are driven by a detection module driving member. According to the present invention, by allowing structural changes of the detection modules (210) in the PET apparatus to correspond to the cross-sectional diameter of objects to be inspected without having to be equipped with separate equipment, high spatial resolution and sensitivity can be provided, and further, the benefit of reduction in expenses can be had.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de TEP variable (10) permettant des changements structurels d'un module de détection dans des directions longitudinale et transversale pour correspondre à divers objectifs d'imagerie et à un diamètre de section transversale d'objets à inspecter tout en maintenant un agencement qui est proche d'un véritable cercle. L'appareil de TEP variable (10) comprend : un portique (110, 120) ayant une ouverture sur l'axe longitudinal ; et des modules de détection (210) supportés sur le portique (110, 120), et agencés à une distance définie l'un de l'autre pour former un anneau de détection dans la direction circonférentielle de n'importe quel diamètre ; le portique (110, 120) est entraîné par un élément d'entraînement de portique, et les modules de détection (210) sont entraînés par un élément d'entraînement de module de détection. Selon la présente invention, en permettant aux changements structurels des modules de détection (210) dans l'appareil de TEP de correspondre au diamètre de section transversale d'objets à inspecter sans avoir à être équipés d'un équipement séparé, une résolution spatiale élevée et une sensibilité élevée peuvent être fournies, et en outre, cela présente l'avantage de la réduction des dépenses.
(KO) 본 발명은 각기 다른 촬영 목적과 피검사체의 단면 직경에 대응되도록 종횡방향으로 검출모듈의 구조변형이 가능하면서도 정원에 가까운 배열이 유지될 수 있는 가변형 PET 장치(10)에 관한 것으로, 종축 상에 개구부가 형성된 겐트리(110, 120); 및 상기 겐트리(110, 120)에 지지되며, 일정간격으로 배열되어 임의의 직경을 이루어 원주방향으로 검출링을 구성하는 검출모듈(210);를 포함하며, 상기 겐트리(110, 120)는 겐트리 구동부재에 의해 구동되며, 상기 검출모듈(210)은 검출모듈 구동부재에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 피검사체의 단면 직경에 대응하도록 별도의 장비를 구비하지 않고서도 PET 장치 내부의 검출모듈(210)의 구조변형이 가능함으로써, 높은 공간해상도와 민감도를 가질 수 있고, 나아가 비용절감이 가능한 이점이 있다.
