(KO) 압착 후 스텐트 지름을 산출하는 방법, 와이어 엮기 스텐트의 제조방법, 및 이의 다변형성 구조 패턴닝 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a wire-mesh stent having an outermost border radius defined by following formula (1) and consisting of a combination of a hook and a cross, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for patterning a polymorphic structure thereof: [Formula 1] Rob = Rtb/(cos(180/Nxo)). The present invention microscopically analyzes and quantifies a basic structure of a wire-mesh stent from a viewpoint of integrating, rather than separating, a stent and a delivery device which are main components of a stent system, especially in order to ensure the loadability that can be applied to the delivery device, which is a practical necessity. Moreover, the present invention forms a polymorphic structure pattern that is transformable to various application structures in order to realize a required specific performance, instead of one specific stent structure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse à treillis métallique ayant un rayon de bordure le plus à l'extérieur défini par la formule suivante (1) et consistant en une combinaison d'un crochet et d'une croix, et son procédé de fabrication, et un procédé de formation de motifs sur une structure polymorphe associée : [Formule 1] Rob = Rtb/(cos(180/Nxo)). La présente invention analyse et quantifie de manière microscopique une structure de base d'une endoprothèse à treillis métallique à partir d'un point de vue d'intégration, plutôt que de séparation, d'une endoprothèse et un dispositif de pose des éléments principaux d'un système d'endoprothèse, en particulier afin d'assurer la capacité de charge qui peut être appliquée au dispositif de pose, ce qui constitue une nécessité pratique. De plus, la présente invention forme un motif de structure polymorphe qui est transformable en diverses structures d'application de sorte à réaliser une performance spécifique requise, au lieu d'une structure d'endoprothèse spécifique.
(KO) 본 발명은 다음의 수학식 1로 정의되는 최외각 경계선 반경을 가지며 훅(hook) 및 크로스(cross)의 조합으로 구성되는 와이어 엮기 스텐트(wire-mesh stent), 이의 제조 방법 및 이의 다변형성 구조 패턴닝 방법에 관한 것이다: 수학식 1 Rob=Rtb/(cos(180/Nxo)) 본 발명은 스텐트 시스템의 주요한 구성 요소인 스텐트(stent)와 전달기구(delivery device)를 분리가 아닌 통합 관점에서, 특히 현실적 필요사항인 전달기구에 적용이 가능한 장착성(loadability)을 확보하기 위해 와이어 엮기 스텐트의 기본 구조 형태를 미시적으로 접근하여 분석 및 정량화 하였으며, 특정한 1가지 스텐트 구조가 아닌 요구되는 특정 성능 구현을 위해 다양한 응용 구조 변경이 가능한 다변형성 구조패턴을 형성하였다.
