Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method for determining an EMM mode in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, a method by which a user equipment (UE) determines an evolved packet system (EPS) mobility management (EMM) mode in a wireless communication system can comprise the steps of: allowing the UE in an EMM-IDLE mode accompanied by a suspend instruction to receive, from a base station, a system information block (SIB) including information indicating that a serving cell of the UE does not support user plane (UP) cellular Internet of Things (CIoT) EPS optimization; storing the information indicating that the serving cell does not support the UP CIoT EPS optimization; and maintaining the EMM-IDLE mode accompanied by the suspend instruction when a procedure using an initial non-access stratum (NAS) message is not triggered and the serving cell is changed to a cell supporting the UP CIoT EPS optimization.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un mode d'EMM dans un système de communication sans fil, et un appareil pour cela. En particulier, un procédé par lequel un équipement utilisateur (UE) détermine un mode de gestion de mobilité de système de paquets évolué (EPS) (EMM) dans un système de communication sans fil peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : permettre à l'UE dans un mode EMM-IDLE accompagné d'une instruction de suspension de recevoir, en provenance d'une station de base, un bloc d'informations de système (SIB) contenant des informations indiquant qu'une cellule de desserte de l'UE ne prend pas en charge une optimisation d'EPS de l'Internet des objets cellulaire (CIoT) de plan d'utilisateur (UP) ; stocker les informations indiquant que la cellule de desserte ne prend pas en charge l'optimisation d'EPS de CIoT d'UP ; et maintenir le mode EMM-IDLE accompagné de l'instruction de suspension lorsqu'une procédure utilisant un message de strate de non-accès (NAS) initial n'est pas déclenché et la cellule de desserte change pour être une cellule prenant en charge l'optimisation d'EPS de CIoT d'UP.
(KO) 무선 통신 시스템에서 EMM 모드를 결정하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 무선 통신 시스템에서 사용자 장치(UE: User Equipment)가 진보된 패킷 시스템 이동성 관리(EMM: Evolved Packet System (EPS) Mobility Management) 모드를 결정하는 방법에 있어서, 유보(suspend) 지시를 수반한 EMM-IDLE 모드인 UE가 기지국으로부터 상기 UE의 서빙 셀이 사용자 평면(UP: User Plane) 셀룰러 사물인터넷(CIoT: Cellular Internet of Things) EPS 최적화를 지원하지 않는다는 정보를 포함하는 시스템 정보 블록(SIB: System Information Block)을 수신하는 단계; 상기 서빙 셀이 UP CIoT EPS 최적화를 지원하지 않는다는 정보를 저장하는 단계; 및 초기 넌-액세스 스트라텀(NAS: Non-Access Stratum) 메시지를 이용한 절차가 트리거되지 않고 상기 서빙 셀이 UP CIoT EPS 최적화를 지원하는 셀로 변경되면, 유보(suspend) 지시를 수반한 EMM-IDLE 모드를 유지하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
