(KO) 변류기용 코어 및 이의 제조 방법
Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a core for a current transformer and a manufacturing method for the same in which high permittivity is formed in order to optimize power acquisition efficiency by magnetic induction at a low current. The provided method of manufacturing a core for a current transformer manufactures a core for a current transformer through the steps of winding a metal ribbon, heat treating a core base at a setting temperature, then impregnating, cutting and polishing the same, wherein after the core base which is inserted into a mold during the heat treatment step is heat treated at a first setting temperature to implement a shape of the core base, the core base separated from the mold is heat treated at a second setting temperature to manufacture the core for the current transformer having high permittivity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un noyau pour un transformateur de courant et son procédé de fabrication dans lequel une permittivité élevée est formée afin d'optimiser l'efficacité d'acquisition de puissance par induction magnétique à un faible courant. Le procédé de fabrication d'un noyau pour un transformateur de courant fabrique un noyau pour un transformateur de courant par les étapes suivantes consistant à enrouler un ruban métallique, à traiter thermiquement une base de noyau à une température de réglage, puis à l'imprégner, à la découper et à la polir. Après que la base de noyau qui est insérée dans un moule pendant l'étape de traitement thermique est traitée thermiquement à une première température de réglage afin de mettre en œuvre une forme de la base de noyau, la base de noyau séparée du moule est traitée thermiquement à une seconde température de réglage afin de fabriquer le noyau pour le transformateur de courant ayant une permittivité élevée.
(KO) 저전류에서 자기유도에 의한 전력 취득 효율을 최적화하기 위해 고유전율을 형성하도록 한 변류기용 코어 및 이의 제조 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 변류기용 코어 제조 방법은 금속 리본을 권취하여 코어 베이스를 설정 온도로 열처리한 후 함침, 절단 및 폴리싱 공정을 통해 변류기용 코어를 제조하되, 열처리 단계시 금형에 삽입된 코어 베이스를 제1 설정 온도로 열처리하여 형상을 구현한 후 금형에서 분리된 코어 베이스를 제2 설정 온도로 열처리하여 고유전율을 갖는 변류기용 코어를 제조한다.
