Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a large-area perovskite solar cell including an organic charge transporting layer and a perovskite layer. By providing an amphiphilic material layer between the organic charge transporting layer and the perovskite layer, the present invention can solve the problem of a drastically reduced efficiency of the perovskite solar cell due to an increased area of the perovskite solar cell from insufficient surface coverage by a phenomenon in which the hydrophilic perovskite precursor solution is not evenly applied (dewetting) on the conventional hydrophobic organic charge transporting layer, and therefore a large-area perovskite solar cell can be manufactured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une cellule solaire en pérovskite et de grande surface comprenant une couche de transport de charge organique et une couche de pérovskite. En utilisant une couche de matériau amphiphile entre la couche de transport de charge organique et la couche de pérovskite, la présente invention permet de résoudre le problème d'un rendement considérablement réduit de la cellule solaire en pérovskite en raison d'une augmentation de la zone de la cellule solaire en pérovskite à partir d'une couverture de surface insuffisante par un phénomène dans lequel la solution de précurseur de pérovskite hydrophile n'est pas appliquée uniformément (démouillage) sur une couche de transport de charge organique hydrophobe classique, et, par conséquent, une cellule solaire en pérovskite de grande surface peut être fabriquée.
(KO) 본 발명은 유기 전하수송층 및 페로브스카이트층을 포함하는 대면적 페로브스카이트 태양전지에 관한 것으로서, 상기 유기 전하수송층 및 페로브스카이트층 사이에 양친성 물질층을 구비함으로써, 종래 소수성의 유기 전하수송층 위에서 친수성 페로브스카이트 전구체 용액이 고르게 도포되지 않는 현상(dewetting)에 기인한 불충분한 표면 커버리지로 인해 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 면적이 커질시 효율이 급격하게 감소하는 문제를 해결하므로 대면적으로 페로브스카이트 태양전지를 제조할 수 있다.
