Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a main body of a grinding tool fixing member having: a cap (30) formed at the front thereof; a sleeve (40) and a coil spring (50) successively connected; and a main body (20) connected to the rear thereof, wherein the main body comprises a body (21) and a rotary shaft (22), which is integrally formed at the rear of the body (21), and the main body (20) of the grinding tool fixing member (200) performs a correction operation after a turning operation and a heat treatment operation. The present invention can simply attach and detach a grinding tool for a grinder by moving a sleeve forward and backward, thereby having remarkable effects of not requiring a separate working tool or coupling means and, further enabling the grinding tool to be immediately replaced even when the grinder is in use.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps principal d'un élément de fixation d'outil de meulage comportant : un capuchon (30) formé au niveau de l'avant de celui-ci ; un manchon (40) et un ressort hélicoïdal (50) reliés successivement ; et un corps principal (20) relié à l'arrière de celui-ci, le corps principal comprenant un corps (21) et un arbre rotatif (22), qui est formé d'un seul tenant au niveau de l'arrière du corps (21), et le corps principal (20) de l'élément de fixation d'outil de meulage (200) effectue une opération de correction après une opération de rotation et une opération de traitement thermique. La présente invention peut simplement fixer et détacher un outil de meulage pour une meule par le déplacement d'un manchon vers l'avant et vers l'arrière, ce qui a des effets remarquables de ne pas nécessiter d'outil de travail ni de moyen de couplage séparé et, en outre, permettant à l'outil de meulage d'être immédiatement remplacé même lorsque la meule est en cours d'utilisation.
(KO) 본 발명은 연마공구고정구의 본체 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 전방에 캡(30)이 형성되고, 슬리브(40), 코일스프링(50)이 순차적으로 연결되며, 후방에는 본체(20)가 연결되되, 상기 본체는 몸체(21)와, 몸체(21)의 후방에 일체로 형성된 회전축(22)으로 이루어지는 연마공구고정구의 본체 제작방법에 있어서, 연마공구고정구(200)의 본체(20)는 선삭작업, 열처리작업 후, 교정작업을 하는 것으로, 본 발명은 그라인더용 연마공구를 간편하게 슬리브를 전, 후로 이동시켜 탈부착할 수 있어 별도의 작업도구나 체결수단이 필요하지 않음은 물론 그라인더 사용중에도 즉시 연마공구를 교체할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
