Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a respiratory muscle strengthening device wherein: an inhaling start signal is correspondingly generated at an inhaling start time at which a patient inhales air, or an exhaling start signal is correspondingly generated at an exhaling start time at which the patient exhales air, and an electrical signal according to the inhaling start signal or the exhaling start signal is transferred to an electrical muscle stimulator through a communication means; a muscle pad installed on the patient's respiratory muscle stimulates the respiratory muscle on the basis of a signal transferred from the electrical muscle stimulator so as to enable a smooth breathing motion; and a receptor pad is further arranged on the respiratory muscle to output an alarm for determining whether a state of the respiratory muscle, which is detected through the receptor pad, is normal in terms of application of electrical stimulation. Therefore, the respiratory muscle strengthening device secures reliability thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de renforcement des muscles respiratoires dans lequel : un signal de début d’inhalation est généré en correspondance avec un temps de début d’inspiration auquel un patient inspire de l’air, ou un signal de début d’expiration est généré en correspondance à un temps de début d’expiration auquel le patient expire de l’air, et un signal électrique en fonction du signal de début d’inspiration ou du signal de début d’expiration est transféré à un stimulateur musculaire électrique par l’intermédiaire d’un moyen de communication ; une électrode musculaire installée sur le muscle respiratoire du patient stimule le muscle respiratoire sur la base d’un signal transféré depuis le stimulateur musculaire électrique de façon à permettre un mouvement respiratoire régulier ; et une électrode de récepteur est en outre agencée sur le muscle respiratoire pour délivrer une alarme pour déterminer si un état du muscle respiratoire, qui est détecté par l’intermédiaire de l’électrode de récepteur, est normal en termes d’application de stimulation électrique. Par conséquent, le dispositif de renforcement des muscles respiratoires assure la fiabilité de ceux-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 환자가 공기를 들여 마시는 흡기 시작 시점에 이에 대응하여 흡기시작신호를 생성하거나, 환자가 공기를 뱉는 호기 시작 시점에 이에 대응하여 호기시작신호를 생성시켜, 통신수단을 통해 흡기시작신호 또는 호기시작신호에 따른 전기적 신호를 근육 전기자극기로 전달하고, 환자의 호흡 근육에 설치된 근육패드는 상기 근육 전기자극기에서 전달된 신호를 기반으로 호흡 근육을 자극하여 원활한 호흡운동이 이루어지도록 하며, 상기 호흡 근육에 리셉터패드를 더 구비하여, 상기 리셉터패드를 통해 감지한 호흡 근육의 상태를 전기자극의 정상 인가 여부를 판단하는 알람을 출력하도록 해, 장치의 신뢰성을 확보한 호흡 근육 강화 장치를 제공한다.
