(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bulletproof panel by using an aramid composite material, a bulletproof panel manufactured by the method, and a method for constructing a bulletproof construction structure by using the bulletproof panel and, more specifically, provides a technique for manufacturing a bulletproof panel by: manufacturing a composite material by using a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing resin; manufacturing an outer layer material of a skin sheet by layering a colored film made of a polyolefin, a polyester, a polyamide resin and the like on one side or both sides of a sheet of the prepared composite material; and manufacturing an aramid composite material middle layer material by a method of horizontally and vertically layering an aramid composite material in multiple layers in an alternating layers, bonding the same, and mutually binding the same at a bonding region by using an aramid bonding member formed from an aramid composite material, and then joining the same such that the colored film attachment direction is arranged at the front. According to the present invention, the bulletproof panel using an aramid composite material uses an aramid composite material as a main material instead of a panel made of a steel sheet or an inorganic fiber, thereby being lightweight so as to facilitate handling and transport and having excellent bulletproof performance, and when a bulletproof panel is manufactured by mutually bonding small panels, even if bullets or shells strike the joining region of the panel, the panel is not destroyed, thereby enabling the characteristics of the aramid composite material to be exhibited as is, and thus the bulletproof panel has very excellent bulletproof performance. In addition, discoloration caused by ultraviolet rays does not easily occur even when the bulletproof panel is used outdoors while attached to the wall, the roof, and the like of military barracks, and desired painting is facilitated when a military building must be painted for camouflage.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau pare-balles à l'aide d'un matériau composite d'aramide, un panneau pare-balles fabriqué par le procédé, et un procédé de construction d'une structure de construction pare-balles à l'aide du panneau pare-balles et, plus spécifiquement, fournit une technique destinée à la fabrication d'un panneau pare-balles par : la fabrication d'un matériau composite à l'aide d'une résine thermodurcissable ou d'une résine thermoplastique et d'une résine de renforcement; la fabrication d'un matériau de couche externe d'une feuille de revêtement par stratification d'un film coloré constitué d'une polyoléfine, d'un polyester, d'une résine polyamide et de matériaux similaires sur un côté ou sur les deux côtés d'une feuille du matériau composite préparé; et la fabrication d'un matériau de couche intermédiaire en matériau composite d'aramide par un procédé de stratification horizontale et verticale d'un matériau composite d'aramide en multiples couches de façon alternée, la liaison de celles-ci, et la liaison mutuelle de celles-ci au niveau d'une région de liaison en utilisant un élément de liaison en aramide formé à partir d'un matériau composite d'aramide, et ensuite la jonction de celles-ci de telle sorte que la direction de fixation de film coloré soit disposée à l'avant. (KO)본 발명은 아라미드 복합소재를 이용한 방탄 패널의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 방탄 패널 및 상기 방탄 패널을 이용한 방탄 건축 구조물의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지와 보강재 수지를 이용하여 복합소재를 제조하고 이렇게 제조된 복합소재 시트의 일측 또는 양측에 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 수지 등으로 이루어진 유색 필름을 적층하여 스킨 시트의 외층 소재를 제조하고, 아라미드 복합소재를 좌우상하로 적층하되 복수층으로 교호 적층하여 접합하고 접합부위에 아라미드 복합소재로 형성된 아라미드 접합 부재를 이용하여 상호 결속시키는 방법에 의해 아라미드 복합소재 중간층 소재를 제조한 후 이들을 상기 유색 필름이 부착된 방향이 전면으로 배치되도록 하여 접합시킴에 의해 방탄 패널을 제조하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 아라미드 복합소재를 이용한 방탄 패널은 강판이나 무기 섬유로 이루어진 패널을 사용하는 것이 아니라 아라미드 복합소재를 주요 소재로 사용하므로 중량이 가벼워 취급 및 운반이 용이하고 방탄 성능도 우수하며, 소형 패널을 상호 접합하여 방탄 패널을 제조하는 경우 총탄이나 포탄이 상기 패널의 접합 부위에 타격을 가할 경우에도 패널이 파괴되지 않고 이에 따라 아라미드 복합소재의 특성이 그대로 발휘될 수 있어 방탄 성능이 매우 우수하다. 또한, 군용 막사의 벽체나 지붕 등에 부착하여 실외에서 사용할 경우에도 자외선에 의해 쉽게 변색이 이루어지지 않으며, 군사용 건축물에서 위장을 위하여 도색을 해야 할 경우 원하는 도색이 용이하게 이루어지는 장점도 있다.
