(EN)A centrifugation method for extracting, by centrifugation, a target component from an object to be treated comprises the steps of: providing a centrifugation container comprising a first space provided at the upper part thereof, a second space provided at the lower part thereof, a nozzle for connecting the first space and the second space, a second plunger movably accommodated inside the second space so as to vary the volume of the second space, and a nozzle blocking member provided so as to longitudinally penetrate the center of the second plunger and linearly and movably provided on the second plunger irrespective of the movement of the second plunger, so as to selectively open/close the lower end of the nozzle; storing, inside the centrifugation container, an object to be treated; separating, by layer, the object to be treated by primarily centrifuging the object to be treated, such that the second space faces outward; making only a target component in the object to be treated, having been primarily centrifuged, pass through the lower end of the nozzle by means of the second plunger; blocking the lower end of the nozzle by the nozzle blocking member; carrying out resuspension in order to mix the component remaining inside the first space and the nozzle in a state in which the nozzle is blocked; and extracting, by means of an entering member capable of entering through the nozzle blocking member, the target component resuspended within the first space.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de centrifugation servant à extraire, par centrifugation, un constituant cible d'un objet à traiter, le procédé consistant : à utiliser un récipient de centrifugation comprenant un premier espace agencé au niveau de sa partie supérieure, un second espace agencé au niveau de sa partie inférieure, une buse destinée à relier le premier espace et le second espace, un second piston logé mobile à l'intérieur du second espace afin de varier le volume du second espace, et un élément de blocage de buse agencé de manière à pénétrer longitudinalement dans le centre du second piston et agencé de manière linéaire et mobile sur le second piston indépendamment du déplacement du second piston, afin d'ouvrir et de fermer sélectivement l'extrémité inférieure de la buse ; à stocker, à l'intérieur du récipient de centrifugation, un objet à traiter ; à séparer, par couches, l'objet à traiter au moyen d'une première centrifugation de l'objet à traiter, de sorte que le second espace soit orienté vers l'extérieur ; à faire passer uniquement un constituant cible dans l'objet à traiter, ayant été premièrement centrifugé, à travers l'extrémité inférieure de la buse au moyen du second piston ; à bloquer l'extrémité inférieure de la buse au moyen de l'élément de blocage de buse ; à effectuer une remise en suspension afin de mélanger le constituant restant à l'intérieur du premier espace et de la buse dans un état dans lequel la buse est bloquée ; et à extraire, au moyen d'un élément d'entrée pouvant entrer à travers l'élément de blocage de buse, le constituant cible remis en suspension à l'intérieur du premier espace.
