Abstract:
(EN) This cell labeling method is characterized in that a complex, which has acquired membrane affinity as a result of reacting a substrate complex, in which hydrophilic groups are bonded to fluorescent groups, or conjugates of fluorescent groups and hydrophobic groups, with cells having, fixed on the cell membranes, enzymes which catalyze the substrate complex, and removing the hydrophilic groups by way of the catalysis of the enzymes, is diffused on or in the cell membranes of the cells, and made to penetrate the cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de marquage de cellules qui est caractérisé en ce qu'un complexe, qui a acquis une affinité de membrane suite à la réaction d'un complexe de substrat, des groupes hydrophiles étant liés à des groupes fluorescents, ou des conjugués de groupes fluorescents et de groupes hydrophobes, avec des cellules ayant, fixées sur les membranes cellulaires, des enzymes qui catalysent le complexe de substrat, et à l'élimination des groupes hydrophiles par catalyse des enzymes, est diffusé sur ou dans les membranes cellulaires des cellules, et amené à pénétrer dans les cellules.
(JA) 蛍光基、又は蛍光基と疎水基との結合体に親水基が結合した基質複合体と、当該基質複合体を触媒する酵素が細胞膜上に固定された細胞とを反応させ、前記酵素の触媒により親水基が除去されて膜親和性を獲得した複合体を、前記細胞の細胞膜上又は細胞膜内に拡散させるとともに細胞内に透過させることを特徴とする細胞の標識方法。
