Abstract:
(EN) An annular body manufacturing device (1) is provided with a wire material conveying device (10) which conveys a wire material (W), and a winding device (20) around which the wire material (W) is wound, wherein the winding device (20) includes: a winding core (21) around which the wire material (W) is wound; and a guide roll (22), a bending roll (23) and pressing rolls (24, 26) which are arranged in order in the direction of travel of the wire material (W) in such a way as to surround the winding core (21). The winding core (21), the guide roll (22), the bending roll (23) and the pressing rolls (24, 26) are provided upright with respective axes thereof facing in the vertical direction, and the diameter of the winding core (21) is 60 to 130 mm. The wire material (W), which has a rectangular cross sectional shape, and has a width and thickness of 10 to 30 mm and a cross-sectional area of 200 to 600 mm2 is wound in a spiral onto the winding core (21) while being bent, by means of a conveying force due to the wire material conveying device (10) and by means of a restriction due to the guide roll (22) and the bending roll (23).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de corps annulaire (1) comprenant un dispositif de transport de matériau de fil (10) qui transporte un matériau de fil (W), et un dispositif d'enroulement (20) autour duquel est enroulé le matériau de fil (W), le dispositif d'enroulement (20) comportant : un noyau d'enroulement (21) autour duquel est enroulé le matériau de fil (W) ; et un rouleau de guidage (22), un rouleau de pliage (23) et des rouleaux presseurs (24, 26) qui sont agencés dans l'ordre dans la direction de déplacement du matériau de fil (W) de manière à entourer le noyau d'enroulement (21). Le noyau d'enroulement (21), le rouleau de guidage (22), le rouleau de pliage (23) et les rouleaux presseurs (24, 26) sont disposés verticalement, leurs axes respectifs étant tournés dans la direction verticale, et le diamètre du noyau d'enroulement (21) se situant entre 60 et 130 mm. Le matériau de fil (W), qui possède une forme de section transversale rectangulaire, et possède une largeur et une épaisseur se situant entre 10 et 30 mm et une aire de section transversale se situant entre 200 et 600 mm2 est enroulée en spirale sur le noyau d'enroulement (21) en même temps qu’elle est pliée, au moyen d'une force de transport attribuable au dispositif de transport de matériau de fil (10) et au moyen d'une restriction attribuable au rouleau de guidage (22) et au rouleau de pliage (23).
(JA) 環状体の製造装置(1)は、線条材(W)を搬送する線条材搬送装置(10)と、線条材(W)が巻き付く巻き付け装置(20)と、を備え、巻き付け装置(20)は、線条材(W)が巻き付く巻芯(21)、並びに、巻芯(21)を取り囲むように線条材(W)の進行方向に沿って順に配置されたガイドロール(22)、曲げロール(23)及び押圧ロール(24、26)を有する。巻芯(21)、ガイドロール(22)、曲げロール(23)及び押圧ロール(24、26)はそれぞれの軸が垂直方向を向いて立設し、巻芯(21)の径が60~130mmである。幅及び厚みがそれぞれ10~30mmで断面積が200~600mmの断面矩形状の線条材(W)を線条材搬送装置(10)による搬送力、並びに、ガイドロール(22)及び曲げロール(23)による規制によって曲げながら巻芯(21)に螺旋状に巻き付ける。
